An Architect's' knowledge will reach across a broad spectrum incorporating the trades, practices, techniques, and ethical conduct among other things.  Working at GHG Architects molded my understanding of the vocation in a juxtaposition to that of my schooling at SUNY Buffalo. I had entered a new realm involved in the approval process, town zoning, state code and personal fiscal allowances.  My time spent taking existing measurements and creating construction documents imposed on me the real world application.  The experience fortified my understanding of residential wood framing and the elements that go into creating a home.
